For quite some time, I played with the idea of having my own blog.
I tried different things until I found a platform that I was comfortable with, thanks to a friend. You should definitely check out his blog here.

I love Easter eggs, so I couldn't stop myself from adding a few on my site, especially in the start terminal.

Maybe you are wondering about my neocities name: "code-cafe" or the site name: "sadly.link" (you probably don't).
Anyway, because I now started studying computer science I thought I'll probably write alot about coding (hence code) but also about personal stuff and philosophy
ChatGPT proposed to go with "cafe". At the time I liked it and I didn't want to use my real name.
So, a few months in I decided to get a costum Domain: sadly.link.

sadlyLink is the username I mostly use online. "Link" refers to the protagonist of the Zelda games. "sadly" is a bit more complicated.
I used sadlyLink before having the neocities site associated with it. I like the word "sadly". I just think it sounds neat.
And I like that "sadly link" doesn't really make sense. I mean who would be sad being link 😅 :3 ...
